International Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping method, usually between 3 to 14 days for international destinations. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance or local logistics procedures.

Shipping Notifications:

Once the Air Way Bill (AWB) number is issued by the shipping department, customers will be notified via the registered email and phone number.

Shipping Fees:

  • International shipping fees are applied based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
  • If all international items in an order are canceled, the international shipping fee may be refunded.
  • If only some international items are canceled, the fee still applies and is non-refundable.

International Products:

Items labeled "International Shipment" on the product or cart page are sourced from international markets and may be subject to additional fees or longer shipping times.

Delivery to Out-of-Service Areas:

  • Merchandise will be delivered to the nearest available courier office or drop-off point in the country.
  • Additional fees and longer transit times may apply.
  • Some countries or regions may be out-of-service depending on the international courier.
